Michelle’s expertise lies in multi-disciplinary research for the achievement of improved outcomes, through informed decision-making. Other priority outcomes include environmental responsibility, economic viability and social accountability.

Her ability to cross disciplines, gather a complex array of information from a variety of sources, and familiarity with an extensive range of topics, provides clients with holistic and factual evidence to support their decision-making or review processes.

Following eighteen years in IOSS, and involvement in hundreds of projects, Michelle has sought to continually improve both the information gathering process and the research outcomes for clients.

Michelle’s background and experience, combined with attention to detail, executive-level problem solving capability, high-level analytical skills, and systems thinking has resulted in continual improvement in standards.

Exceptional written communication skills have contributed to quality documents and reports prepared for a range of audiences: public and private sector professionals, elected representatives, industry associations and members, governing bodies, and members of the public.

Michelle has extensive experience consulting and engaging with decision-makers, the community, and stakeholders at all levels.

Michelle also serves on a number of boards.
